I have had it for a few years and could never find out what it was. It is rough on the outside and blue layers on the inside. But unlike yours, is not magnetic. The blue layers are shiny and smooth. The rough spot has what appears to be fossils on it. Looking closely at your pictures makes me think they are the same type.
