Items from a glittery beach - Help Identify?

I was at a relatively secluded beach in Northern CA and picked up about three bags of stones. I couldn't help myself.

If someone wants to play the "What Rock Is This?" game with me, I would appreciate it. I would go to the local rock & mineral place, but they only list a PO Box.
