This variation of the SRB adds a course of thin trapezoidal, step cut 'frame' facets between the table and the triangular shaped star facets. It is considered to be a mixed cut, combining both step and brilliant cut facets. Note that the table is not required to meet with the crown stars or mains when it is framed in this manner.
